  1. These people suck. This actually IS false advertising. I couldn’t care less about Ana De Armas but you shouldn’t be allowed to advertise a film with entire scenes that aren’t in it. It’s like a commercial saying a product can do things you know it can’t.

  2. The samething sort of happened In South Korea. A group of soccer fans sued the promoter because Cristiano Ronaldo didn't play. He was advertised on the poster. He was there with the team (Juventus) on the bench but did not step foot in the field. THEY WON! 😄 $ 371,000 thousand dollars!

  3. Damit, why didn't I think of this!! .. 😂 imagine if they win??? Ive spent years getting ripped off by a good trailer for a horrible flick ….

  4. well, it is false advertising, though. that they've been doing it for so long only means no one has called them out on it in court. it's absolutely beyond time that billion dollar corporations began providing the content promised.

the only question really is who should get that $5M. it's absurd that this couple should get that much, but their four bucks, legal fees, and a little on top for their effort is okay by me. the rest might be put into the general fund… something not homeless related just to be stolen by Dear Leader and his cronies. hey, here's an idea — put that money towards the money owed for pensions.

we know trailers are made by companies that specialize in making them, that's why most of them look the same and follow the same stupid rules. still, it's incumbent on the studio releasing the trailer to make sure the content used to draw in customers aren't given a bait-and-switch. i'm still salty about that 'rogue one' trailer, the coolest part of the trailer to entice me was the TIE fighter rising up, but that scene was cut. yeah, that was big reason why i wanted to see the movie, then i got ripped off.

  5. Star Wars the Force Awaken did this also. they ran ads with the John Boyega holding a light saber as if he was going to be the Next Jedi. then they trick everyone into watching a plain jane flat chest bored , no booty WG.. then went full blown feminist in the movies to follow. John Boyega was running scared like a runaway slave in the whole movie…So I can see this lead to payout…good job..

  6. I understand this. Like When a good looking bl couple is in the thumbnail of YouTube video you expect to see that couple in it, but when they only appear for like 2 min, the annoyance is real
