What a great voice he has! 😆
Liam Neeson is great but I think he's miscast as Marlowe. Bogart and Jack Nicholson were better suited for this type character. We'll see.
Looking forward to this movie. No woke bs
Finally some old fashioned fun! No wokism here…I hope!
👀👍
Neil Jordan? Been out of circulation for a while?
I would only watch this for Jessica, so over Liam
Wow I heard Alan Cumming in different American accents but not he doing a Southern accent interesting!
I'd love to see a movie version of Raymond Chandler's classic character that was true to the books. This obviously isn't it.
I can't imagine seeing him as Marlowe, sorry. I really like the actor, but the trailer looks like they just left out all the details that made Marlowe interesting to begin with. I still have hopes and I'll pay attention to this movie, but I'm not convinced.
Hmm. Doesn't seem to be doing Raymond Chandler' books justice. Looks almost like the next part of "Taken" but in the 1940s.
A nice old fashioned movie !
Hearing that guy tell Marlowe "Of all the people you don't want to piss off, THESE are the ones!" And the other line about "They're ALL in on it — the conspiracy." That is the seedy truth of Hollywood from its INCEPTION. Is, was, will ALWAYS be a place of corruption, collusion, manipulation, and power-grabbing. That, and some very good films sometimes.
Love this ❤however was Rabbit hole a thing in the 1920’s???
Great cast! I’m there.
Looks good!
I love how, regardless of the part he plays, Liam Neeson always has his northern lilt 😂
Isn’t it time for this senior citizen to stop being the movie “tough guy”? Seriously.
Philip Marlowe is my favorite detective from literature and movies. There was another movie called “Marlowe” from 1967 starring James Garner and based off of the novel “The Little Sister”.
In the books, Marlowe doesn’t have many fights, although he gets sapped a lot.
This looks like it’s going to be a good movie!!! ❤
Costumes and hair ❤
Fabulous
Remake of the classic Bogart/Bacall Big Sleep. Do yourself a favor and watch the original,
I will find him and when I do … I have a particular set of skills … chair smashing to name one of ‘em … and I’m not afraid to use them!
Liam
Nesson making the same movie each year yet we still watch
Perfect cinematography! What a cast. This looks fantastic.
Thought I was looking at a remake of Chinatown. Being a big noir fan, however, I will check this one out
Okay, I'm soooooo going to see this for the simple fact that Jessica Lange is in it.
I love the look and feel of this, and Liam Neeson as the world weary classic noir detective seems a perfect fit. Somehow, him not trying to hide his Irish accent adds to the character, like someone who’s seen the seedier side of different parts of the world, and is unfazed by any of the glitz and glamour of Los Angeles, as well as its seedier side. Hopefully, this will honor Raymond Chandler’s work properly.
