This little animated show alone is a million times better than the sequel trilogy
Absolutely loved Tales Of The Jedi! Amazing ๐๐ป Especially the Count Dooku story, very emotive, great action, definitely Star Wars at its best!
This show gives further insight into what a pile of garbage Windu was and that Dooku falling to the dark side is another failing of the council. His grievances were justified, he wouldn't have turned if they'd taken him seriously.

This show is absolutely amazing
I mean it was cool, seeing young Duko was awesome. But did you listen to the dialogue? The writing was awful. There was many times I had to pause the show and ask myself if I clicked on the wrong show, because it felt like a bad fan made project.

Amazing how this series just screwed up a couple the โcanonโ books. Youโd figure someone would have caught it. Especially with the book Master and Appreciate from Claudia Grey. End of chapter 7. Dooku had left the order way before Qui-Gon died. Even the book Asoka wasnโt followed

Sadly, what they could have done was actually animate the old Dark Horse comics run of Tales of the Jedi. Now that, was a great series presenting different and new characters in various points of time. If you want to TRUE Tales of the Jedi, read those comics. With those alone you could easily have a new series on your hands. Each story lasting 4 to 6 episodes. Dark Horse comics not only gave us Tales of the Jedi, they delivered a multitude of great stories. Those comics are so easy to find. They are amazing. Very much worth your time. Then ask Disney why they are not using them….
Some of the episodes are too on the nose and unrealistic. What they did with Yaddle was terrible, as what happened to her in the EU was far superior. This was nonsense. Maybe 2 episodes were worth something, but you can actually skip this entire series as it really adds nothing to Star Wars. Some of the character actions seem very out of character as well as some of the scenarios. Goodness. If data could be deleted that easily anyone could do anything. Ever hear of a splicer in Star Wars? You think the Sith would not feel another force user's presence? The first episode alone was too cringe. Animals don't behave that way. It was venturing into Rey territory. Either make an effort or leave it alone.

Have we not had enough of Ahsoka already? Her character is extremely boring and has been stagnating for a while now. Really shows the creative impotence of the people in charge. But oh well, I guess fans will eat that too
This fleshes out the missing parts of the Star Wars story… Right before Obi-Wan got a new haircut in the start of the war… Insight to Ashokas training… How she survived after ORDER 66 and thought the Inquisitors (before rebels but after when the Bad Batch take place)
Also we get to see Dooku as a jedi and his relationship with a young Qui Gon!!!
It's nice that a Star Wars TV show is out after Kenobi.
Nice to see Ahsoka having Jedi powers at infancy and her village elder immediately declaring that she's Jedi instead of just FORCE SENSITIVE. Kinda bypassing the fact that to become Jedi, one needs to be trained by a Jedi from the Order.
This is the reason anything Disney churns out, I refuse to watch.
