Even tough I'm a year late, I'll give my interpretation of this cinematic, the underlying message.
In a world inhabited by humans (as cinematic only shows humans) mortal and weak, the are godllike forces which are intervening.
This cinematic basically shows the struggle of three different human kinds trying to endure besides of these forces, and how, triggered by different events, they end up accepting the "gifts" or just the advantages this same forces gave them (the aspect of war, the void simbiotic armour, or the true ice weapon) to fight them and finally endure.
Also other truly important point is the realization of that this war is real, shown in Taliya's look and Sejuani's face, which both of them apparently didnt wanted to believe before.
And finally, about Orn, I see a symbolism of both, how he is "forging" this weapon as if represents the human will (melting steel, hardening it when the human got that realization, and finally giving birth to this new sword which is the representation of the human will to endure), and in the other hand making us think that he will take part in this conflict for the mankind.
I dunno, but I think this cinematic is pretty deep in meaning.
